*Please note: outside food and decorations are allowed only for scheduled parties.

*You may access party room to set up 15 minutes before your room time begins. For weekend Loft parties, room time begins after 90 minutes of play time. Meanwhile, we can store all your food/decor at the front desk.
*You may bring in outside food for parties! No alcohol and food warmers allowed.
*You may invite your guests to arrive 15 minutes before the party to check in and sign waivers.
*For weekday and basic party package, you get a total 2 hour party. Room rental is included during the 2 hour playtime. You are welcome to use that time however you'd like. If you order pizza from us, it will arrive 15-30 minutes after your party starts and we will be happy to make an announcement to gather the kids.
*Everyone must leave the facility at party ending time.
*Late fee will apply if you do not leave the room on time. Please be mindful that we may have parties back to back and only have 15 minutes in between to prep for the next one.
*Final kids count and pizza order can be updated up to 24 hours before the party! Party packages can not be changed on the day of the event.
*A non-refundable $100 deposit is required to book. You may have an option to reschedule (at least 2 weeks before the party date) but deposit is non-refundable and cannot be credited.
*Pizza and drinks are available to add on
*Please give us a call at least a day before the party if you need to update your pizza order
*There is a cork board in each party room above the dessert table that can be used to hang banners and decorations, there is also an extra table for food
*Please, no ice cream cakes. We do not have a freezer, and can't store it in our refrigerator.
*Please, no glitter, confetti, noise makers, pinatas, or face painting.
* 2 free adults are allowed per child. $13 fee will apply for all extra adults
*Unless you book a private party, please note that there might be other children, or another party going on during your scheduled party
